So What Is Sports Development...
The Sports Development team is passionate about the contribution it can make to individual and community lives, ensuring the structure and culture of active recreation and sport is such that it is equally accessible to everyone. Trying to make it easier to participate in activities and sports of their choice by creating opportunities, pathways and structures.
CLL's vision for Sports Development...
Is to increase the provision of sport and active recreation available to communities, building on experiences gained and the expertise within the Trust, and amongst other sports development providers. It's yearly plans will look to map the targets set out in the CLL Business Plan, Carrick District Council, and run in parallel with the Strategy for Sport being developed by the Cornwall Sports Partnership.

CLL's Sports Development Manager has been developing the leadership skills of providers across the county for the Cornwall Sports Partnership.
