Designed for people of all abilities from beginners to professional athletes, this is a superb public facility for the town of Falmouth.

The fitness suite contains the latest in LifeFitness hi-tech cycles, treadmills and steppers, plus rowing machines and LifeFitness strength equipment for a complete workout.

Offering YOU personal advice and motivation every step of the way; whether training for a marathon, toning up or trying to drop a size or two.

Opening Times: Monday - Friday  6.30am-9.30pm        Saturday & Sunday  8am-5pm


Fitness Suite - ready for action There is also a free weight area and a multi-screen entertainment and sound system. With full air conditioning and members changing rooms and showers, the facilities are top class.

Along with the new fitness suite there are specialist treatment rooms and a fitness studio with daily fitness classes which are open to all and are free to members.

Membership is quick and easy to arrange - and costs about a £1 a day!

You will be asked to complete a health questionnaire to assist us to provide you with the best advice and then attend an induction before using the equipment.

Membership payment is either by monthly direct debit or an annual fee. There is also a pay as you go option for non members.

(Please note: To set up a Direct Debit you will be asked to provide Photo ID - passport or Driving Licence - and Address Confirmation - Utility Bill or similar).
